Fly me to the moonAnd let me play among the starsLet me see what spring is like onJupiter and Mars
In other words, hold my hand
In other words, darling, kiss me
Fill my heart with song
And let me sing forever more
You are all I long for
All I worship and adore
In other words, please be true
In other words, I love you
Fly me to the Moon - Frank Sinatra
Click to play the song :)I'm currently learning this song on the organ. :) Beautiful song. Has this great jazz feel to it. There were several times I felt like stopping organ classes, to lift this whole burden of practising improvisation (urgh, my least favourtie part) and forcing myself to master all these pieces, so as to concentrate more on my studies and A'levels. But whenever I manage to master a piece, I gain this overwhelming sense of satisfaction, and the sheer joy in playing the organ made me banish the thought of stopping classes.
Sometimes, I ask myself, why am I putting so many responsibilities on myself? Organ, violin, shooting exco, A'levels.. interact mentoring; when I can't even help myself? Heard from coach that there's going to be another NUS Shoot. Gosh. Time management is key. But whenever I come home early from school, I keep telling myself to study, to finish my tutorials. Yet, when I return home, I waste my time idling away at the computer or simply, watching television and sleeping. Urgh.
Outing with Hot chicks next Monday! Our very first official outing, LOL. Pretty excited about it. :) Considering to go NUS or SMU open house Saturday, but not confirmed yet. March holidays is going to be darn packed, and still have to set aside time to mug for the faculty tests. Oh well, life's like that. Talking about life, a guy from my school recently committed suicide. It was a shocker, and now I know, life is such a fragile thing.
All it took was a smile.
